FAMILY | Our players are expected to be a part of the Jordan High basketball family. We want to have platoon learning where are coaches teach the players, the older players teach the younger players, and all of our players teach the younger kids that are part of the Jordan High feeder schools. When problems arise it is expected that we keep any internal issues within our family. We will look out for each other and support each other in all situations. |
COMMITMENT | We are committed to working hard every single day in practice, in our school work, and in life. We are committed to giving everything that we have when we are on the basketball court. We are committed to paying the price to make ourselves better basketball players during the season and off-season by doing everything that we can to develop our basketball skills and make our T.E.A.M. better. We are committed to putting the interests of our T.E.A.M. before our own.

EXPECTATION | We are expected to perform at a high level in all practices and game situations. It is expected that we perform at a high level in the classroom. We will conduct ourselves with class in all situations that arise, both on and off the court. It is expected that we will have a high level of character in all that we do. |
SERVICE | We believe in service to our school and our community. Our players are committed to doing all that we can to make our community a better place. We will get involved with community and school service projects as much as possible. |

DEFENSE | This is the trademark of our basketball program. We take pride in our defensive intensity and ability to pressure the ball. Players in our system understand that there is a high level of concentration, focus, and energy required to play defense in our system. |
